The Invention of Hugo Cabret

When I looked at the cover of this book, it didn't interest me at all.  However, when I started reading it I couldn't put it down. Brian Selznick did an awesome job of pulling you in the story with his drawings and the mysterious events.

    I really liked this book too! I liked the way Selznick grouped the illustrations together throughout the book. I looked forward to them as I read.

    Once I started reading this book I had a hard time putting it down as well. I loved the way he used the illustrations throughout the book.
